Kayser enjoyed more than forty years of management experience with the General Motors Corporation and was known as a results oriented leader with a broad based background in developing and implementing high tech manufacturing operations and manufacturing engineering applications. Ken’s specialties were in the rapid turnaround of existing troubled operations, improving product quality and development and implementation of new cutting edge technologies.
Mr. Kayser is still a shirtsleeves rolled up hands-on manager and/or engineer as the situation dictates and he thrives on the most challenging and difficult restoration projects.
Ken successfully managed several distinctive General Motors including;
Kayser earned a Bachelor’s in Engineering from General Motors Institute in 1973 and developed his required thesis on engineering solutions required for adherence to the Occupational Safety and Health Act Congressional Record, OSHA. He also earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the State University of New York in 1978.
Kenneth W. Kayser founded Kayser Specialty in early 2010 dedicated to applying his vast knowledge and experience to assist the “do it yourself owners” of Corvettes and Chevrolets as well as other General Motors and miscellaneous automotive brands, to successfully restore their prized automobile components. No job is too big or too small or too simple or too complex to NOT get it done right the first time!
