Ken Kayser’s Biography

Kayser enjoyed more than forty years of management experience with the General Motors Corporation and was known as a results oriented leader with a broad based background in developing and implementing high tech manufacturing operations and manufacturing engineering applications. Ken’s specialties were in the rapid turnaround of existing troubled operations, improving product quality and development and implementation of new cutting edge technologies.

Mr. Kayser is still a shirtsleeves rolled up hands-on manager and/or engineer as the situation dictates and he thrives on the most challenging and difficult restoration projects.

Ken successfully managed several distinctive General Motors including;

  • 2000 Vortec 4.2 liter SUV awarded one of Ward’s Automotive 10 Best Engines in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004. Ken received the GM Chairman’s Award.
  • Kayser engineered the 1996 Small Block V-8 Generation I Enhanced V-8 at the Flint V-8 Engine Plant cited by Motor Trend Magazine as the significant reason they awarded the “1996 Truck of the Year” to the Chevrolet Silverado and Ken received the Motor Trend Trophy
  • Kayser engineered and manufactured the1992 Mark V “Big Block” engines that powered the new U. S. Secret Service Fleet of Cadillac Limos for President Clinton’s Inauguration
  • 1991 Mark V “Big Block V-8” Truck/Marine program at Tonawanda Engine
  • 1985 2.8 liter V-6 with the Port Fuel Injection at Tonawanda Engine

Kayser earned a Bachelor’s in Engineering from General Motors Institute in 1973 and developed his required thesis on engineering solutions required for adherence to the Occupational Safety and Health Act Congressional Record, OSHA. He also earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the State University of New York in 1978.

1,500 Watt Power Supplies produce 42,000 Cycles per second for the Tranducers attached to the cleaning tank
Each filter houses a 2" x 10" cylindrical filter that filters down to 6 micron particle size.
Electric tank heaters preheat the solution to reduce cleaning times and optimize the chemical broth. The circulating pump filters the unwanted debris continuously.
The Stainless Steel Tank and Parts Basket.
A variable Intensity control pre-conditions the water for the most effective cleaning.
